Method Of Cooking
The following steps are to be followed for preparing Braised Salmon head with soy sauce (หัว ปลา ต้ม ซี อิ้ ว, term in Thai) easily:
- Clean the already-diced-up salmon fish head and keep it aside.
- Heat the cooking pot and add cooking oil and let it stay there on a medium flame. For the time being, start chopping ginger, garlic, onions, and chilies.
